Xiaomi Auto to Launch Five New Models in 2026, Covering Both BEV and EREV Segments

#Chinese Automaker Global Expansion and Competition

[New Model Plan] Xiaomi Auto will intensively launch five new models in 2026, including facelifts, executive variants, and extended-range SUVs.

⚡ Core Development: Comprehensive Product Line Expansion in 2026

The Xiaomi SU7 facelift will be upgraded across the board to the 900V platform, support 5C fast charging, and feature enhanced driver-assistance capabilities, with an expected price increase of approximately RMB 20,000. Meanwhile, the SU7 Executive Edition (also referred to as SU7 L) will feature a longer wheelbase to significantly improve rear passenger space and driving range, targeting business-oriented use cases.

📊 Key Specifications: Two EREV SUVs Positioned Against Leading Family Flagships

An internally codenamed "Kunlun" seven-seat extended-range SUV will be positioned as a mid-to-large-size model, equipped with a battery pack exceeding 70 kWh, delivering a pure electric range of 400–500 km, directly competing with models like the Li Auto L9 and Aito M9. Additionally, a five-seat extended-range SUV is under parallel development. Among these four new models, the SU7 facelift and the seven-seat SUV are scheduled for launch in the first half of the year, while the remaining two will debut in the second half.

💡 Industry Impact: Xiaomi Accelerates Entry into Family and Executive Markets

This strategic move marks Xiaomi’s transition from a single BEV sports sedan offering to a dual-track strategy encompassing both BEV and EREV technologies, officially entering the family-user and premium business segments.
