  On January 19, 2026, Chery became a new shareholder of XinXin Hangtu (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. through a business registration update, increasing the company's registered capital from RMB 14.998 million to RMB 18.717 million.

  Founded in December 2023, XinXin Hangtu specializes in autonomous driving chip design. Its first high-performance computing chip, the X7, targets vehicles priced between RMB 200,000 and RMB 300,000 and supports advanced urban NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) functionality.

  The X7 chip features a dedicated NPU architecture and an ultra-large core design, integrating 10 Gigabit Ethernet, PCIe 4.0 interfaces, and an ASIL-D grade safety MCU, enhancing multi-sensor fusion and performance in adverse conditions.
