Key Developments: Four Rebadged Models Filed with New Logo

The Linghui e5, Linghui e7, Linghui e9, and Linghui M9 have all been registered with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), each rebadged from existing models. The e-series vehicles are all-electric, while the Linghui M9 is the only plug-in hybrid MPV in the lineup, equipped with a 1.5T engine and a 200kW electric motor, offering a pure electric range of 118 km.

Strategic Rationale: Clear Separation Between B2B and B2C Operations

This new brand is distinctly separated from BYD’s consumer-facing main brands like Dynasty and Ocean, reinforcing BYD’s comprehensive coverage across all mobility scenarios and further refining its multi-brand strategic matrix.
